 Placing
Orders:
You can place orders via our secure online store, by telephone, or
by fax. You can place an order by email but never email your credit
card information, as email is not secure.
Payment: Aviva Labs
accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, wire transfers and personal
and corporate checks. Wire transfers are accepted only for orders
of $400 or more. Personal and corporate checks must clear prior
to the shipment of your order. All purchases are charged in U.S.
dollars. All credit card orders exceeding $500.00 must be shipped
to your credit card billing address.
Sales Tax: Sales
tax (5.0%) will only apply to orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts.
Residents of other US States and the rest of the world are not assessed
this tax.
Return Policy:
Aviva Labs stands behind its products and guarantees your 100% satisfaction!
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return
your product for exchange of equal value only.
You must call Aviva Labs with your receipt to get an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number. Any merchandise returned without
an RMA number will be refused. All returns and exchanges must be
made within 15 days of receipt of the product. Shipping is not refundable.
Return orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned
merchandise must be in good condition and must be within the shelf
life of the product.
Coupons: Coupons
may only be redeemed at Aviva Labs' online store (www.avivalabs.com),
and must be used at the time of checkout. Coupons may not be combined
with any other offers are not transferrable.
