| Order Fulfillment:
Aviva Labs is committed to prompt shipment. 95% of all orders
received before 12noon EST are shipped the same day. UPS does
not receive orders on weekends so any orders placed over the weekend
are normally shipped on Mondays. The 5% of orders that cannot
be shipped the same day leave our plant within 2-3 business days.
Domestic Shipping:
Orders to the domestic (48 states) are shipped via UPS Ground. Extra
charges may be assessed for Alaska and Hawaii. UPS cannot ship to
a P.O. Box. All UPS shipments are insured for $100.00.
International Shipping:
All international orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. Note that UPS
cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Guaranteed Delivery:
Shipping carriers will not guarantee "on-time" delivery during extreme
weather related conditions.
Damaged Shipments:
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact
the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons; and call Aviva Labs customer
service immediately.
Environment Friendly:
At Aviva Labs we care about preserving our environment. All of our
shipments are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes. Our organic
cornstarch packing peanuts are biodegradable, decomposing in water
with no toxic waste to minimize the impact on the environment.
