Aviva machines are built to last—and most issues can be resolved with a quick phone or chat session. 99% of the time, we can walk you through a fix in minutes.
Before we send any replacements, we’ll do a quick phone or video troubleshooting session to make sure that’s the best next step.
If a unit needs to be replaced, the new one will be covered for the remaining time on your original warranty. So if you had 8 months left, your replacement gets those same 8 months.
If your product is out of warranty, we’ll still work with you—we just ask that you cover any repair or replacement costs.
Working with Apollo:
Because your machine is manufactured by Apollo, we’ll handle any communication with them for you. If a repair or replacement falls under their terms, we’ll coordinate everything so you don’t have to chase down the details. We’ve got your back from start to finish.

Returns are accepted for spray tan solution, skincare, or spray equipment.
Refunds will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee and original shipping.

We keep classes small so you get more one-on-one attention. That also means spaces are limited, and often non-refundable.
Need to reschedule? No problem. Just give us at least 72 hours notice and we’ll help you pick a new date.

💛 Spray Tan Solution Performance Guarantee
Our promise: your solution will perform flawlessly for 6 months from your order date.
If it turns green or expires during that time, call us with the lot number on the bottle—we’ll replace it for free.

🧾 Massachusetts Sales Tax
