Equipment Warranties

Apollo-Manufactured Spray Systems
All Apollo spray systems purchased through Aviva are backed by Apollo Sprayers Limited Warranty, plus Aviva’s hands-on support every step of the way.

Apollo offers a FOUR (4) YEAR Limited Warranty on parts and labor when your system is registered within 30 days of purchase. Click here to register.

If the Apollo system is not registered within 30 days, warranty coverage is limited to a TWO (2) YEAR Limited Warranty.

Apollo machines are built to last and most issues can be resolved quickly.

99% of the time, we can walk you through a fix via phone or chat in just minutes.
Before any replacement is issued, we’ll do a quick troubleshooting call or video session to make sure it’s the best next step.
If a replacement is needed, it will be covered for the remaining time on your original warranty (for example, 8 months left = 8 months of coverage on the replacement)
If your machine is out of warranty, we’ll still help, we’ll just ask that you cover any applicable repair or replacement costs.

Because your machine is manufactured by Apollo, we act as your advocate.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We think you’ll love your Aviva products—but if something’s not right, let us know within 30 days.
Returns are accepted for spray tan solution, skincare, or spray equipment.
Refunds will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee and original shipping.
To receive the maximum refund, make sure your return includes all original parts and is in its original condition.

Training Class Policy – Sunless 101
We keep classes small so you get more one-on-one attention. That also means spaces are limited, and often non-refundable.
Need to reschedule? No problem. Just give us at least 72 hours notice and we’ll help you pick a new date.

Spray Tan Solution Performance Guarantee
Our promise: your solution will perform flawlessly for 6 months from your order date.
If it turns green or expires during that time, call us with the lot number on the bottle—we’ll replace it for free.

Massachusetts Sales Tax
Orders shipped within MA or picked up from Aviva Labs will include 6.25% sales tax.
If you’re ordering from anywhere else in the U.S. or abroad, you’re tax-free!
