EZ Fix™ Phone Troubleshooting Program: It’s 3:30 in the afternoon, a big wedding party is coming in at 5PM, and your gun is acting up spraying funny. Don’t worry–time to call Aviva! With our EZ Fix™ Program you’ve got our full expertise at your fingertips. Call us anytime during business hours at 781-209-1551 and one of informed staff will assist you with troubleshooting. We can often help you fix your issue right over the phone—and our troubleshooting is always free. If for any reason we are unable to diagnose the problem over the phone, we will immediately initiate the Zero Downtime™ Loaner Program (see details below).

“Till The End of Time”™ Service Warranty: Whether under our 18-month Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty or not, you will be covered by our “Till The End of Time” Service Warranty. Until the end of time, for as long as you own your equipment, you will never pay a dime for any of the labor we put into the machine for you. We will diagnose any problems for free, and we will never charge you labor for repairs. Guaranteed.

18-Month Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty: All HVLP machines purchased after January 1, 2013 come with an 18-Month Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty. Aviva Labs warrants that any Apollo HVLP spray machine you purchase from us will be free from manufacturing defects for a total of 18 months! Apollo directly warrants the machines for the first 6 months and then we cover this for an additional 12 months because these are such great machines. The warranty does NOT include damage from dropping, use of incorrect voltage, modifications, neglect, water, or equipment that has been disassembled, and does not cover any damage to the hose. For equipment out of warranty, there will be a small fee for any required parts for repair.

Zero Downtime™ Loaner Program: We care about your business and we know how important it is to keep when you have client appointments and that rare equipment problem has you down. If for any reason we are unable to diagnose the problem over the phone, we will immediately initiate the Zero Downtime™ Loaner Program. Within seconds we will begin the processing of your loaner machine and will stop at nothing to make sure it goes out that very same day. Along with the business-saving (and life-saving) loaner unit you will find a convenient return shipping label provided by us. Then while you are merrily using your free loaner machine we will go to work diagnosing the problem on your equipment FREE of charge.

You only pay a small deposit which is fully refundable once the loaner unit is returned. If your equipment is out of warranty you still qualify for the loaner program and you may purchase replacement parts should you choose to have your equipment repaired. When returning the loaner equipment, please be sure to include all parts such as cups, hoses and other parts.

Money-Back Guarantee: We expect that you are going to be very delighted with your purchase. Nevertheless we understand that sometimes things happen. If for any reason within 30 days of purchase you aren’t 100% satisfied, you can return your products. Because all solution must be disposed of, all equipment must undergo refurbishing, and the cost of credit card fees on every transaction, customers will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee and original shipping cost. Once we receive the products or equipment (be sure to include all original parts such as cups, hoses, etc.), we will promptly refund your order excluding the restocking fee and original shipping.

Sunless 101 and Sunless Masters Classes: To allow each of our students to get the hands on time they need and deserve, we keep the classes nice and small. Therefore, when you reserve a seat we hold a space that prevents an additional student from attending that class. As a result, we cannot offer refunds on classes. You may, however, reschedule to another date if it is not yet filled. Please give at least a 72-hour notice before the day of the class if you would like reschedule to another date in order to avoid the $25 rescheduling fee.

Sunless Solution Performance Guarantee: We guarantee that the solution will perform for 6 months from order date. If the solution doesn’t perform or turns green within that time, please call us with the lot number on the side of the bottle and we’ll replace the bottle absolutely free.

For online store access, please call 781-569-0901. You can place an order by email but never email your credit card information, as email is not secure.

Payment: Aviva Labs accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, wire transfers and personal and corporate checks. We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) services with UPS or FedEx. Wire transfers are accepted only for orders of $400 or more. Personal and corporate checks must clear prior to the shipment of your order. All purchases are charged in U.S. dollars. All credit card orders exceeding $500.00 must be shipped to your credit card billing address.

MA Sales Tax: All orders shipped to Massachusetts or picked up from Aviva Labs will be charged the 6.25% Massachusetts state sales tax. Residents of other US States and the rest of the world are not assessed this tax.

Order Fulfillment: Aviva Labs is committed to prompt shipment. 95% of all orders received before 1:30PM EST are shipped the same day. FedEx does not receive orders on weekends so any orders placed over the weekend are normally shipped on Mondays. The 5% of orders that cannot be shipped the same day leave our plant within 2-3 business days.

At Aviva Labs, we care about preserving our environment. All of our shipments are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes. Our organic cornstarch packing peanuts are biodegradable, decomposing in water with no toxic waste to minimize the impact on the environment.

Domestic Shipping: Orders to the domestic (48 states) are shipped via FedEx Ground. Extra charges may be assessed for Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Box. All FedEx shipments are insured for $100.00. Please note that shipping carriers will not guarantee “on-time” delivery during extreme weather related conditions.

International Shipping: All international orders are shipped by FedEx or USPS. Note that FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please note that in some countries Aviva Labs has exclusive distribution agreements, so we may refer to one of our International Distributors for fulfillment of your order. Please note that shipping carriers will not guarantee “on-time” delivery during extreme weather related conditions.

Damaged Shipments: If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons; and call Aviva Labs customer service immediately.
