Spray Machine Warranties:

T100X Mini-Mist X “Extreme”: 24-Month Warranty*

Aviva offers the modified T100X Mini-Mist X, a custom “Extreme” version that we back up with the world’s longest warranty! The world’s most durable spray machine comes with an amazing 24-Month Warranty* if you purchase as part of an Aviva starter package, including free shipping both ways!

* The Aviva 24-Month Mini-Mist X warranty applies only to customers who purchase an Aviva “starter package”, which consists of one of our sets of equipment, training, and sunless solutions. If purchased separately of a starter package, the machine comes with the standard 12-Month manufacturer’s warranty and customer must pay shipping costs both ways. The warranty does NOT include damage from dropping, use of incorrect voltage, modifications, neglect, water exposure, or equipment that has been disassembled. A $290 refundable deposit will be charged to ship the replacement unit while we are waiting for you to return the faulty one.

ECO-2X Mighty-Mist X “Extreme”: 40-Month Warranty**

Aviva offers the modified ECO-2X Mighty-Mist X, a custom “Extreme” version that we back up with the world’s longest warranty! The world’s most durable spray machine comes with an amazing 40-Month Warranty** if you purchase as part of an Aviva starter package!

** The Aviva 40-Month Mighty-Mist X warranty applies only to customers who purchase an Aviva “starter package”, which consists of one of our sets of equipment, training, and sunless solutions. If purchased separately of a starter package, the machine comes with the standard 18-Month manufacturer’s warranty and customer must pay shipping costs both ways. The warranty does NOT include damage from dropping, use of incorrect voltage, modifications, neglect, water exposure, or equipment that has been disassembled. A $499 refundable deposit will be charged to ship the replacement unit while we are waiting for you to return the faulty one.

Spray guns & hoses: All spray guns & hoses have a separate warranty of 12 months*** if purchased as part of an Aviva starter package. Damage to the needle or breakage due to damage or neglect is not covered under warranty.

*** The Aviva 12-Month spray gun & hose warranty applies only to customers who purchase an Aviva “starter package”, which consists of one of our sets of equipment, training, and sunless solutions. If purchased separately of a starter package, the equipment comes with the standard 6-Month manufacturer’s defect warranty and customer must pay shipping costs both ways. The warranty does NOT include damage from neglect, breakage, leaking solution, or bent needle. A $50 refundable deposit will be charged to ship the replacement unit while we are waiting for you to return the faulty one.

Warranty Claims:

  • Lucky for you these machines are incredibly robust and reliable spray tan units and very rarely require repair or replacement within their warranty period. In fact, 99% of the time one of our clients contact us with question or concerns about their machine we are able to solve it right away through online or phone support!
  • Because the spray tan machines are so reliable, we have a convenient troubleshooting system in place to prevent you from possibly having downtime due to shipping back your machine unnecessarily. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your equipment please call (781) 209-1551 and our customer support department will do a quick consult with you to determine what the cause. Then we’ll either provide you with a simple fix over the phone or replace the machine if we determine it cannot be resolved via the phone call. So that we don’t waste your energy & time replacing equipment that isn’t actually the source of the problem or cause any unnecessary frustration, no equipment will be replaced until troubleshooting is completed by phone and/or video.
  • If a machine is replaced, the new replacement machine will be covered for the time that was remaining on the original warranty of the machine replaced. For example if you have 10 months left on your warranty when your unit is replaced, the new unit’s warranty would be for 10 months instead of the initial full length of your warranty.
  • If the equipment is outside of the warranty we can still help you, but you would pay the fees associated with the repair/replacement of parts.
  • Aviva reserves the right to send you direct to the manufacturer for warranty service resolution.

Money-Back Guarantee: We expect that you are going to be very delighted with your product purchases. Nevertheless we understand that sometimes things happen. If for any reason within 30 days of purchasing spray tan solutions, tan-extending skincare, or spray tan equipment you aren’t 100% satisfied, you can return your products. Because all solution and skincare must be disposed of and all equipment must undergo refurbishing, customers will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee and original shipping cost. Once we receive the products or equipment (be sure to include all original parts such as cups, hoses, etc.), we will promptly refund your order excluding the restocking fee and original shipping. For the largest refund, equipment must be returned in the same condition it was purchased.

Sunless 101 and Sunless Masters Classes: To allow each of our students to get the hands on time they need and deserve, we keep the classes nice and small. Therefore, when you reserve a seat we hold a space that prevents an additional student from attending that class. As a result, we often cannot offer refunds on classes. You may, however, reschedule to another date if it is not yet filled. Please give at least a 72-hour notice before the day of the class.

Sunless Solution Performance Guarantee: We guarantee that the solution will perform for 6 months from order date. If the solution doesn’t perform or turns green within that time, please call us with the lot number on the side of the bottle and we’ll replace the bottle absolutely free. Please note that the solution can still expire after 6 months even if it is unopened. We recommend refrigeration of the spray tan solutions.

Payment: Aviva Labs accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, lease to own agreements through TimePayment, wire transfers and personal and corporate checks. We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery). Wire transfers are accepted only for orders of $400 or more. Personal and corporate checks must clear prior to the shipment of your order. All purchases are charged in U.S. dollars. All credit card orders exceeding $500.00 must be shipped to your credit card billing address. All lease to own agreements through TimePayment are non-refundable

MA Sales Tax: All orders shipped to Massachusetts or picked up from Aviva Labs will be charged the 6.25% Massachusetts state sales tax. Residents of other US States and the rest of the world are not assessed this tax.

Order Fulfillment: Aviva Labs is committed to prompt shipment. Orders received before 3:00pm EST are shipped the same day. FedEx does not receive orders on weekends so any orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Mondays. Specialty orders usually leave our plant within 2-5 business days.

At Aviva Labs, we care about preserving our environment. All of our shipments are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes.

Domestic Shipping: Orders to the domestic (48 states) are shipped via FedEx. Extra charges may be assessed for Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please note that shipping carriers will not guarantee “on-time” delivery during extreme weather related conditions.

International Shipping: All international orders are shipped by FedEx or USPS. Note that FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please note that in some countries Aviva Labs has exclusive distribution agreements, so we may refer to one of our International Distributors for fulfillment of your order. Please note that shipping carriers will not guarantee “on-time” delivery during extreme weather related conditions.

Damaged Shipments: If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier as Aviva Labs has no control over the items after they have been shipped.
