Q: Is the Mighty-Mist quiet enough for my spa?
Because of its twin turbine design, the Mighty-Mist is a very quiet machine. At 60 decibels, it operates at the same noise level as normal conversation. Often, we’ve had clients with Mighty-Mist spraying in the room beside massage rooms or acupuncture rooms and the client did not even know that someone was being spray tanned just next door.
Q: Does the Mighty-Mist have a blow drying feature?
Yes it does. In fact, all of the machines that we sell have a blow drying feature. This is much easier than other machines, which often require you to take the gun off the hose and use the hose as the blow dryer. With our guns, all you need to do is stop pulling the trigger. Once you stop pulling the trigger, air will continue to flow out through the gun, allowing you to quickly and much more efficiently dry your client, without having to juggle your gun and solution.
With our solutions, you should not need to use the blow drying feature. Our solutions are oil-free, which means that they should dry in seconds when used properly! If you are experiencing longer than desirable dry times, please give us a call and we’ll help figure out what’s going on! If you are currently using another brand, and would like to try a few samples of our quick-drying, non-sticky solutions for free, then you are more than welcome to call as well!
Q: What is the warranty on the spray gun & hose?
Spray guns & hoses: All spray guns & hoses have a separate warranty of 12 months*** if purchased as part of an Aviva starter package. Damage to the needle or breakage due to damage or neglect is not covered under warranty.
*** The Aviva 12-Month spray gun & hose warranty applies only to customers who purchase an Aviva “starter package”, which consists of one of our sets of equipment, training, and sunless solutions. If purchased separately of a starter package, the equipment comes with the standard 6-Month manufacturer’s defect warranty and customer must pay shipping costs both ways. The warranty does NOT include damage from neglect, breakage, leaking solution, or bent needle. A $50 refundable deposit will be charged to ship the replacement unit while we are waiting for you to return the faulty one.
